Can you please let me know why do I get a  tickling in my ear ...it becomes very uncomfortable. Can you suggest a remedy for this .

You need to explain your problem in more detail. If you mean itching, it can be due to fungal infections of ear. If you feel like something moving in the ear, it can be due to fluid in the middle ear or Eustachian tube block. For any of the above reason kindly consult ENT specialist online for better understanding and treatment.
