Hearing problem on left ear
A week before I had a throat pain and cold, 2 days before I feel my left ear is blocked having hearing problem compare to right ear.

You should not ignore this type of problems
Immediately go and do Audiometry test and post your report here.
If you have sudden loss need urgent care and treatment.
Otherwise it will be permanent loss and it will never be recovered.
