Recently purchased phonak brand hearing aid for both the ears but still can't hear.The hearing aid was taken after audiologist examined the ears and test were done .The hearing loss for right ear 55 db,left ear 95 db and accordingly hearing aid taken

In the right ear you have a 55 dB hearing loss which can be aided reasonably well within good digital programmable hearing aid.
In the left ear there is a 95 dB hearing loss which will receive limited benefit.
