Hi, thank you for your enquiry. Low levels of iron can also be due to vitamin c, b complex and protein deficiency. To increase the iron level, daily a multivitamin tablet and Vitamin C 500 mg dosage can be given. Also check for the iron tests. For personalised diet and exercise guidance please contact us.

Hi To increase the hemoglobin level you not only need iron rich diet but sometime vitamin B12 deficiency and Folic acid deficiency also cause low hemoglobin level... so please kindly get your levels check and eat the diet accordingly. I would suggest you to go for iron rich diet and vitamin B12 rich diet and Folic acid rich diet.
