Healthy toungue pink 💗
Respected Sir or mam Im nri Indian Guy living in Abroad mostly I take lots of care.
Of mine mouth and toungue hygine I do brush 2 time in a day and do paradontox mouthwash 1 time in a day and do tongue cleaning by a back of a tooth brush im sharing u mine toungue pic plz check i don't know what is that side of mine toungue plz check and say it is healthy pink or not

Hi your tongue does look clean and healthy.
Use a tongue cleaner or scraper to clean your tongue.
If using the tooth brush make sure you clean your toothbrush properly.
Next Steps
Continue brushing twice daily.
Floss regularly.
Rinse mouth after every meal.
Also get a teeth cleaning / scaling done every year.

Well tongue looks healthy but I can see calculus deposits on your teeth.
It won't be removed by brushing you have to visit a dentist for scaling ( professional cleaning of your teeth by dentist )
