I do brush 3 time in a day and do mouthwash paradontox gum care mint flavor alcohol free mouthwash 2 time in a day
And do tongue scraper cleaning 2 time in a day plz check my toungue is pink and healthy or not And also tell me how to use this American brand toungue gel in a toungue for making more healthy. I just buyed this product I'm sharing u mine toungue pic with that product tell me how to use and after brushing how many minutes gap is required for doing applying this toungue clean gel for toungue cleaning
