I have fever, body ache, cough and when drinking water or eating something my throat pains and after taking paracetamol fever reduced but again in evening fever comes with chills and body pain.

Your symptoms seem to be caused by a throat infection (commonly known as strep throat). Paracetamol will help with fever and body ache but will only give temporary relief. You need an antibiotic along with a paracetamol. That being said, these symptoms might also be caused due to other conditions which will require further tests and evaluation. Hello It might be due to upper respiratory tract infection just only paracetamol don't cure the disease it only provides symptomatic relief so please consult if possible.
