Asked for Male, 20 Years

I am suffering from anxiety disorder since last 2.5 months . I am worried as I am taking medicines such as nexito, Etizola and Cobacon forte from 2.5 months. Can they affect any of my other organ like liver, kidney and heart. During anxiety I feel I will have heart attack. Can I get heart attack, my cholesterol level, ecg, and chest x-ray all reports are normal. I want to know can I have heart attack or it's all in my mind that is playing with me.

I trust you are visiting your psychiatrist periodically for dosage monitoring and titration. If not, pls do the same. You are not going to die of an anxiety disorders. You feel as if you are getting a heart attack is actually an anxiety attack. So m chance of you getting g a heart attack there. Hope you are taking some psychotherapy sessions also as a part of treatment which is essential along with h medicines.
