I am being addicted to masturbation. I am trying to control myself only 4 to 5 days after that but my harmone automatically provoke me to do. I'm doing jogging and stretching exercises everyday though I cannot come out from this ..the problem is I lost my muscle, health, digestive power , focus, concentration, skin and memory I can realize..now my skin like old person. I want to retrieve what I lost what should I do. After long struggle I have joined reputed company .I need to read lot with concentration in my work..I want to be health, my all organs should be health.as well as I want to come out from this.what should I do. Can nutritionists food sch cure this. or should i consult general physician to recover my health
