It's natural to get scared while talking to people because you can't judge a person or his mentality at one glance. Therefore, at first you need to be calm to know the person whom you want to communicate, observe the person's behavior towards others from his gestures, measure your words accordingly and try to put those words simply. Don't forget to insert your smile while communicating because your smile symbolises your confidence level and speak clearly so that other person can understand what you want to say them. Personally, if you have communication problem in real, you can practice talking few words standing in front of the mirror or communicating with a true friend whom you are comfortable to be with including your family members.
