I am 23yr old, and my weight is 73 kg,height is 5'6"
I don't do exercise but I do walking about 2 km per day.
In breakfast I usually take poha,upma,idli,
In lunch I take chapati and green vegetables like Spanich,bitter gourd,sometime potato ,with yogurt ,and salad ..
And in night very rarely I take the dinner.
That's all about my diet,still I am gaining weight.
