Health drink for 13months old
My LO is 13 months old and is on breastfeeding till now. I am planning to start giving other milk also but she doesn't like the taste of it. Can we add any health mix with the milk ? Also can we give packet milk incase cow milk is not available.

No realty mix is recommended below 2 years of age. You can give cows milk or packet cows milk. Continue breast milk as long as possible as it has protective factors.
