Hello, i think you need to surround yourself with people who can give you positive energy or vibes .
These past 2 years was tough on everyone.
Engage yourself on the things that you like and start enjoying and doing things which make you feel happy.
Hope this help!!!
Hi,
By worrying about something, you can't achieve anything. If you feed your fear, it grips you and controls you, limiting your abilities and strength. Instead focus on positive things. Start afresh. Covid is just a phase. It's new beginnings for all of us.
Action plan:
1)Plan your day, maintain a diary or journal to write down your goals and try achieving them.
2)Start a new sport/activity
3) Eat healthy food
4) Exercise regularly for 30-40 min weekly 5 days minimum
5) Spend time with your favourite people
6) Keep yourself occupied
*Don't encourage negative thoughts.
All the Best
Our body is made for movements. As a student and Bez of lockdown, I feel ur lifestyle has become very sedantary. So instead of thinking involve urself in different exercises and sports like strengthening exercises, swimming, running, jumping...u can also join a gym..Engage urself in activities and try to keep urself busy ..then u won't overthink. U can also consider consulting with a psychologist or psychiatrist.
