Health anxiety and sepsis

This is kinda uncomfortable but since i have health anxiety i am pretty worried. I had a pimple on my vuvla that popped by itself, which still kinda hurts. But now i'm on my period and i use pads, so im worried i might get something like a sepsis or similar from this. Could that happen? should i be worried??
