Hi, I had my falloepian tube removed due to ectopic pregnancy. What chances do i have of conceiving a baby with one falloepian tube? How do i get checked for if my remaining falloepian tube is in good health?

You have 100% chances of conceiving by your one Fallopian tube.
For assessing the health of Fallopian tube you should get a sonography of the lower abdomen, along with hydrotubation. Another method is by Laparoscopy.

Pregnancy can occur with single tube also.
For tubal patency you can go for HSG.
You are already 39yrs , as age advances ovarian reseve decreases so chances of pregnancy become less. In my opinion don't waste time, go for IVF.
