Pregnanacy with anxiety
I m 3 months pregnant and 2 months ago I lost my brother .after this I feel many anxiety issues and I m very depressed 😔 .can I take help of antidepressants. Are they safe for me..lot of negative thoughts comes in my mind which make me uncomfortable. Very scared .palpitations  . Gastric problem .plz help what to do .
