Anxiety a symptom of perimenopause
Is anxiety common with perimenopause? I am having horrible health anxiety? I haven't had a Pap smear in 3 years and have convinced myself I have advanced cervical cancer. I have had mild dysplasia 15 years ago but my Pap smears have been regular since that time. Is this a valid worry?

Pap smears are recommended atleast every 2to 3 years at your age irrespective of the previous reports. You don't have to worry about it but please get a pap smear done.
