I am working out for last 1 yr.Since I am regular in my workout and having a quite busy schedule, though i am maintaining a proper diet.My Gym members suggested me to take supplements,like whey,creatine,protien,amino etc.So should I take these supplements or not?Do they have any side effects now or after some years?

You are not overweight you don't need to take supplements. In such young age yes definitely they can have side effects. Kidney will be overload. Write me on personal chat for diet counselling
