Soak feet in warm water for few minutes 2 to 3 times daily. While walking wear only closed, thick good fitting shoes, like thick sports shoes. Avoid milk products and calcium supplements for some days.

It sounds like you may be experiencing a chronic foot condition such as plantar fasciitis or Achilles tendinitis. I recommend scheduling a consultation with me for a proper evaluation. Before the consultation, please get your Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 levels tested. In some resistant cases, an MRI may be required to gain a clear understanding of the cause and to plan effective treatment.

Could be plantar fasciitis. Please wear cushioned footwear indoors as well as outdoors. Avoid exercises that involve jumping or running. Take Combiflam for the pain. If it's not improving please see an orthopedician.
