Headche for past 2days
Recent days I am having eye strain and not able to view anything continuously more than 1 or 2 hours. My eyes are getting blurred and taking rest for some time. Then start my work. I am wearing class more than 10years both side are + power . For past 2days headache s there.. please provide some suggestions.

You should consult ophthmologist for fresh refraction &if needed change glass , blurring of vision may be due dryness ,for which you may use Refresh liquigel eye drops 4-5 times.
