I have an headache each time i study for longer time like 2-3 hours. I have high myopia. Is that a reason to worry

Please get repeat refraction. Use glasses while reading. Also practice pencil push ups exercise for eyes. Give your eyes a break every 1 hour by closing your eyes for about 5mins.
