Headache with eye twitching
I am having a headache on the right side for the last 3-4 days. The pain is above ears in the right side of the head.
My right is also twitching & getting watery.

I need to understand you complain a little more to give a diagnosis.
There are multiple cause of headache.
With you specifying it on one side we can think of migrane but need to be correlated with other symptoms.
Also can be sinus headache with winters getting colder.
Or can be dehydration as there twitching of eyes
