Headache while coughing
I am having headache while coughing, especially at the back of the head near the occupital bone areas. I feel my ears also blocked. No cough, no fever. Vitals are normal. Please guide me

Take steam inhalation with Vicks. Usually these kind of headache are due to stress So Avoid stress. Sleep for 7hrs a day Drink atleast 3L of water a day
