Hi there, As u r aware of ur condition called anxiety n sleeplessness, i think its time to catch up with the whole picture. What u r going thru is pretty much the situation when our brain is running low on serotonin. Its difficult to feel happy, confident and to enjoy things in this situation. U must also be going thru a lot of overthinking i presume. All this is part of illnesses which r stigmatised ( like 'Waldemort' ;-) Just as with any other deficiency such as vitamins , or hormonal ...we have to replenish them either externally or internally. U can be helped by using medications or psychotherapy(counselling) or both. Headache Is usually just a part of this problem and gets resolved along with these symptoms. Not every headache requires extensive investigating atleast preliminarily. So kindly consult a doctor preferably a psychiatrist inorder to enable ur libeeration from this problem. Looking forwrd to assist u in future if needed at all. Takr care.
