Headache,very painful,sleeping

Good morning sir,my friend was suffering with severe headache whenever he laugh,he cry,tensioned his brain was very painful from last 2 weeks he was suffering like this .we consult apolo pharmacy. They told that due to lack of protein it was happening can you plzz suggest anything we live in a small village due to lockdown we are not going anywhere to consult a doctor plz suggest
