When I wake in the morning I'll be having headache specially on forehead and my neck will be stiff and Im getting lots of burps these days what is the reason and r they related

Headache with neck pain in early morning can be due to improper sleeping posture
Morning headache can be related to sinusitis also
Burp can be related to acidity/indigestion/ improper eating habits
