Headache, stuffy nose, sneezing, aches
I’ve been having headaches at the front of my head for about three days now. Also, sneezing, stuffy and runny nose, aches, weakness and I also had to vomit once.

Severe sinusitis with fever may cause all the symptoms you mentioned. Frontal sinusitis, you are suffering is mostly due to work stress.

if your problem is recurrent, CT head once is required, to rule out bony issues of nose, deviated nasal septum.
