Headache problem
I get bad headache throughout my head at times. As my eyesight is weak, I consulted an eye doctor to check if my power has increased but there was just a minor change. She suggested me to change my anti-glare spectacles to a blue-ray cut one but nothing changed. I don't feel nauseatic at all. The pain generally happens when I wake up in the morning and it stays throughout the day or in the evening around 6. Can you suggest me whom should I consult and what the problem might be?

It depends on how frequent is your head ache and any precipitating factors related to it . Most of the headaches are tension headache which usually are not dangerous . Poorly ventilated rooms , less oxygen inside room can also contribute to early morning head ache . If really troublesome which disturbs quality of life , consult any physician or neurologist .
