I got headache but don't know what tablets need to buy over the counter in medical store could you please suggest

Hello, For headache you can buy medicine over the counter by just saying that you need a painkiller for headache. But if you want a doctor's opinion he would want to know the cause of headache, frequency and type of headache. And after ruling out serious causes he may prescribe an analgesic. Please let us know the frequency, and where it hurts in head (front, back) etc. Thanks
