Headache once a week
Hi, I have headache almost once a week & I have to take saradon for releif. My eye number was -1.25 2 yrs back now it's -2 but I do have proper specs. I wear it 8 hours a day when m working on pc that's it not otherwise. Please suggest why m I getting this headache every week it's irritating a lot.

If u are having head ache weekly it means it is not related to you eye sight because u must be working on your pc more or less everyday.Now the pain u are having can have many cause..like migraine..for more details consult me online

There are many reasons for recurrent headache. Is it one sided, more on the forehead, back of head? Is it associated with vomiting,nausea,dizziness? Do you drink enough water?
