I am having headache on frequently basis.kindly guide how to come out of the problem even there is no other symptoms.

I can understand your concern.
Get it checked out.
Eye sight problems/migraine etc needs to be ruled out.
As of now you can take a tab. Dolo 650 for pain relief.
Consult a MD consultant physician in person for further evaluation and management.
