Headache, lack of concentration, lazy
I've been having constant headache,lack of concentration, and in constant state of laziness even after 8 hours of sleep. Burning sensation behind the eyes and blur vision sometime. Unable to process any conversation with someone, having a hard time studying for more than 30 mins. All am able to stop this just for a few minutes as I take some rest.

I would suggest you start meditation atleast once day for 15mins which would help you focus and concentrate. Also I would advice you to learn breathing techniques for anxiety which I would suggest you practice before you go to sleep, which will help you get into a deep sleep state and improve the quality of your sleep.
Next Steps
try this for a week and it shall gradually show effect. For the headache and other burning sensations etc, if things don't seem to improve in a week. consult a physician soon.

It seems that you are stressed too much. I suggest you to consult a doctor first to check the vitals and lab reports if required. Then you could help yourself with stress management therapy.
