Headache hypertension and sinus
I am having headache since many years i have high bp and fromtal sinus but i have nemory loss problms i have done mri of brain. Recently. Dr said there is some white spots in brain mri. Please help me or guide me.

This may be due to vascular dementia due to multiple lacunar infarcts. Control BP, take drugs regularly, avoid high fatty diet, avoid stress. Take some low dose anticoagulants.
