Get a nasal endoscopy done first then on the basis of that we can decide about the need for CT scan and further management

It is unfortunate that you had to undergo all those issues, but regarding CT scans and X-Rays, it is advised to have atleast 3 months gap between 2 scans to same region. Since your last exposure was 2 years back, it is okay. Your benefits from the scans will far outweigh the risks. As for one of my colleagues advising nasal endoscopies, that is an invasive procedure, best done AFTER doing the CT scan as you will not get any information of the condition of sinusitis from Nasal Endoscopy, just the nasal and nasopharyngeal passages!
