I'm very confused about my sexual orientation that who I am either bisexual or gay because I had both kind of relationship but I am very much attached to one guy I am trying to move on but it's 2 months complete I still not forgot him. I am not even talking to him because of this reason but still . Confused and frustrating

If one gets sexual arousal by both sexes, it is considered bisexual orientation. If a man gets sexual arousal by only men, it is considered homosexual orientation. Term gay is used for man having sex with men, usually irrespective of sexual orientation.
Emotional problems can happen in any relationship (be it heterosexual or homosexual). You may consult a Psychiatrist or Psychologist for help in dealing with current emotional problems.
