Headache , fever in morning and evening.

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I have fever from many days...doctor gave azithromycin and paracetamol... but yesterday i did widal test n it shows 1.320 positive...so how can it be cured...??? this is recurring after every 2 to 3 months...so please guide me properly...
