Headache breastfeeding mom
Iam a mother of 3 mnth baby girl and she is on exclusive breastfeeding... I have severe headache since afternoon due to some family issue and iam unaable to tolerate it.. I have been trying to control it since afternoon... Please help me with a medicine as I need to breastfeed my baby.. Pls pls advise

u can take tab paracetamol 500 mg sos for pain, max 4 doses
take antacid also
