Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
I hope you are not in too much pain. The history you have provided is very less to clearly comment on the cause of the pain. Anyways, take a small and soft pillow to sleep. Always sleep with head slightly raised. Your posture also matters and bad posture can give you pain. Therefore sleep in the right posture.
As of now take a tab. Zerodol-TH8 twice a day after food. If it still doesn't subside consult a orthopedic surgeon asap.
Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain.

Hi.... avoid sleeping on your front, and make sure your head is in line with your body not tilted to the side if you sleep on your side...only use enough pillows usually only one to keep your head level with your body ...
if you often feel stressed, try relaxation techniques to help ease any tension in your neck.....
