  4. Headache and neck pain. Consultation?

Headache and neck pain
I have headache and neck pain(sometimes on left side sometimes on right side)  from last 4 days. And there is little pain in eyes also. So is it due to eye strain or something else. Actually I do gidital marketing and video shoot so work on phones, monitor and while shooting videos there are bright light around me. Where should I go to an eye specialist, ENT, or any general physician for consultation ?

It can be because of refractive error Or migraine. Consult a physician And eye specialist for refraction. Till then you can use refresh tears eye drop 4 times a Day to get relief in eye stain
