Neck pain and sleepiness
I have eye sight, and my right eye is  2.25 and my left eye is 2.0 , I don't use spectacles .I use my mobile for a long time , is it causes neck pain ,neck strain and sometimes headache, and my toddler son disturbs my sleep daily. Is it cause to my neck pain .

Greetings Neck pain is not related to spectacle use. Ot could be due to long term near work ( mobile use) Having said that,it is recommended to wear glasses for clear vision and reduce screen use For neck pain consult local orthopedician

First use spectacles Neck pain may be due to long time wrong sitting position Headache can be due to no use of spectacles
