Hi Doctor From past 2-3 weeks I am having a bad headache and my BP remains 80/60 . What should I do?

This is very low BP, it could be the cause of headache. You should consult a doctor near you, a cardiologist to work up for the cause of this low BP.

You need to start doing regular walks and exercises. Make a daily routine and follow. Avoid sleeping late in night. Use meditation and eat more veggies in diet and fresh fruits drink plenty of water. Avoid mobile 1 he prior to sleep. Sos painkillers
