Frequent headaches 2 headaches a week
I get frequent headaches like 2 headaches a week, they stay for a day and does not get healed, pain happens usually in middle of forehead,
I often take paracetamol or naxdom tablets but they don't help, even relaxation or sleep does not help,
I am seeing this headache issue for a long time like 5-6 yrs or maybe more...
Please suggest the root cause, and what can be done to prevent having headaches,
