Headache and irritation
I have this constant headache and irritation feel hungry but my stomach feels heavy and full have stomach ache as well and diarrhea on and off

You have indigestion problem.
Stomach heaviness is due to swelling inside stomach because of acidity and gas, which leads to improper digestion. Less absorption of nutrients from stomach. Hence you have constant headache.
When swelling reduces you have loose motion in between.
Better to have proper diet timing. Take antacid to reduce acidity and gas formation. Use probioticsand digestive enzymatic boost your digestion.
Take small meal frequently.
