Headache and indigestion
Got hit in his head by his twin brother .. and after sometime started crying saying his head s aching and vomited ... Do we get headache due to indigestion and before vomiting sensation? Or is it a brain injury... But He s normal now responding well to all questions.. he s conscious and active.. pls suggest as am afraid f head injury

Hi, I appreciate your concern regarding head injury, a single vomit with mild headache is unlikely to suggest brain injury, however if in any doubt please visit your pediatrician
