Baby hit head
Yesterday my baby 4 month old speedly shaken in cloth cradle, the cloth swing hit in the wall, but there was a pillow, though his head hit in the pillow,am afraid will it affect his head, as of now my baby sleeps too much continuously 6 hrs in day time, other than that no symtomps

At this age,sleeping for this period of time,UNLESS this was NOT the case earlier.
If otherwise baby is active physically and feeding and passing urine normally,relax.
If in doubt,consult your paediatrician for physical examination.
