Headache and fever (mild)
Hi, my father is experiencing mild fever of around 99°... And headache since 4 days... It is not continuous... He was fine yesterday... Now again feeling fever.
We have given dolo 650 and coronil tablet.
Also coconut water was given.
What should be done for the treatment?
And please tell an appropriate diet for him?

Sounds like Viral Fever...you need antibiotics and other supportive medication...
Diet wise... Soft diet.. if the taste and smell are good, plenty of fluids
