Headache and eye strain

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I have been suffering from headache and eye strain from two weeks. So I went for eye checkup and got the results as below. -0.25 cylindrical power on both eyes. I want to know is it mandatory that I have to use eye glasses but in terms of visions I never felt any problem so far. But headache is there so can I use the glasses without any power or with power I have to. Please help me.

Use glasses and take rest evry 20 mins during work. Take artificial tear drops 6 times daily. I think this will resolve ur problem

Better to use glass ,as u have cylindrical powder that can cause eye strain and headache. If u are a regular laptop user then better to use glass with anti reflection coating.
