Hello, Your symptoms of drowsiness, heaviness in the head, and eye pain in bright sunlight could be due to: Photophobia (Light Sensitivity) – Common in conditions like migraine, dry eyes, or uncorrected refractive errors. Sinus-Related Issues – Sinus pressure can worsen with weather changes and bright light exposure. Eye Strain or Dry Eyes – Bright light can cause discomfort, especially if you have prolonged screen time or underlying dry eye syndrome. Autonomic Dysfunction or Low BP – Some people experience light sensitivity due to autonomic nervous system imbalances. What You Can Do: Wear polarized sunglasses when exposed to bright light. Ensure you are hydrated and well-rested. Reduce screen exposure and use lubricating eye drops if dry eyes are suspected. Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other concerns.
Next Steps
If symptoms persist, a neurologist or ophthalmologist consultation is advisable to rule out migraine-related issues or eye strain.
