Headache & watery eyes
I have been feeling heavy in my head and my eyes starts watering while work. My face also turns a little warm. Is that a sign of usual strain due to work or there might be a problem with my eyesight?

Hi, It could be eye strain due to excess screen time.  Please take adequate breaks while working on computer, - every 20 minutes, take a 20 second break and look at a distant object 20 feet away. You can use Eye drop teardrops 4 times a day for 1 month. Please consult local ophthalmologist for complete eye examination and glass number check.
