I have been having head vertigo last 2 days..i cant sleep.i am so tired..but i dont have cold also.

Hello.. Well vertigo is not related to cold or respiratory tract infection....It's something related to ear...I would suggest you to consult an ent specialist get examined once and then start on the tablet beta histine as it will help you to relieve...Thank you
